I am a Health and Safety specialist with over 20 years’ experience in large scale Civil, Industrial and Residential Construction, Demolition and Geo-thermal drilling.

Currently employed by TFG group as National HSEQ Manager and working across multiple fabrication workshops and project locations while integrating an ISO accredited Management System

Providing professional advice and coaching, mentoring to staff,  supervisors, managers and external stakeholders on all aspects of HSE.

Evaluating, advising and monitoring HSE Risk Profiles and associated management activities, facilitating assessments and reviews.

 Developing work procedures and safe systems of work in consultation with staff based on risk assessment outcomes and relevant legislative requirements.

 Conducting incident investigations, determining root causes of and factors contributing to, work accidents, injuries, illnesses and dangerous occurrences and recommending and implementing  preventative strategies.
